Combat Medic/EMT-B course

The Combat Medic/EMT-B course is an intensive and demanding 10 days course. The course is developed to train and qualify students to manage trauma/medical casualty prior to medical evacuation.

The course provides training in trauma management in a combat related environment. Such as care under fire, tactical field care, evacuation care etc. But also covers medical emergencies, such as respiratory emergencies, like asthma, pulmonary edema, COPD etc. It covers as well cardiovascular emergencies like CHF and cardiac arrest etc. As well as diabetes emergencies, Stroke etc.

Students will be subjected to Hyper- Realistic simulation cases and training doing the 10 days intensive course.

The Combat Medic/EMT-B is suited for persons working in the hostile environment, remote settings, close protection industry, military personal, police personal, where they can be exposed to both medical and trauma emergencies.

After successfully completing the course, students will receive the following accreditation/Certification: Combat Medic/EMT-B Accreditation from HSCPR, ITLS High Threat and Tactical Trauma Life Support accreditation from C-TTLS.
