PPA-International is offering a 10 months Tactical Paramedic course. The course is for students who might work in both civilian and hostile environment, where they need a more extensive medical level than just a normal Combat Medic or Paramedic. The course focuses on both a normal paramedic skills and knowledge, but also on treatment in a tactical environment and prolonged field care, where higher skills and knowledge are needed.
The course includes anatomy course on Cadavers, Live Tissue course, ITLS Advanced and ITLS Military courses, ACLS course, PEPP course, TECC and TTLS courses.
Once students have completed successfully their field internship, students will receive their certification and accreditation. The course has accreditation from the following organizations Department of Anesthesiology and Post-Surgical Intensive Care of the University of Ioannina, Greece, The Critical Care Nurses, Hellenic Nurses Association, Hellenic Society Of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
To enter the Program:
Students must be ether EMT or similar and have 350 hours of clinical attachment to enter an ER or ambulance.
